Very satisfied with both the product and the service. I highly recommend this replacement key company. Imagine the time to get my laptop to a tech and the cost of service. The entire cost of replacing 3 keys was less than $20. I reviewed the tutorial on You Tube and it took a little bit of doing because the parts are tiny, but if I can do it you can do it.

The key arrived promptly and was easy to install, I will order again if another key breaks. Built-to-order options included a 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 processor and flash storage of up to 1 TB. Just like the parts that broke, except not broken. The problems are inherent with the size and 3D nature of the keys.
